Just outside of Shanghai, you can visit the Champ de Mars and see the Eiffel tower. It's not a theme park or anything, it's a gated community called Tianducheng was constructed in 2007.

In the Chinese province of Guangdong you can visit a replica of an entire historical Austrian town called Hallstatt. The UNESCO World Heritage attracts 80,000 visitors every year. The exact replica in China cost about $940 million. The Chinese developers visited the town in Austria and didn't tell anyone their intentions until they accidentally told staff at a hotel.

Just drive an hour from Paris, China and you can be in London. It's called Thames Town. It opened in 2006 and replicated buildings so closely that some English pub owners filed complaints. The town has cobbled streets, red telephone boxes, a Gothic church and even fake river Thames!
